"Based on my research, here's what you should know about Civitatis: **What they do and where:** Civitatis is a Spanish online platform for booking guided tours, day trips and activities, founded in 2008 in Madrid, Spain. By 2025 the platform offered over 97,000 activities across more than 4,270 destinations worldwide and had served more than 30 million customers. **What they offer:** The platform lets you book guided tours, activities and excursions, transfers (airport, train station, hotel or private), tickets for attractions, and car rental. They work with local providers worldwide. **Customer reviews:** The picture is mixed. Civitatis has over 5 million customer reviews with a rating of 9.10/10 on their own site, and on Trustpilot they have a TrustScore of 4.5 out of 5 based on 195,191 reviews. Many customers praise the easy booking process and quality guides. However, some reviews report issues with cancellations, refunds that take excessive time, and difficulty reaching customer support. Some customers have reported difficulty getting in touch with Civitatis. **Pricing:** I could not find specific pricing information in reliable sources, though their website indicates they claim to offer "always at the best price.""
